1How can I pick up my wristband and the merchandise I purchased?
You are able to collect your items from Packet Pick Up in the days prior to the event. Alternatively, you can collect your pack on event day for a $5 pick up fee per person. Check your city page for all Packet Pick Up details. Note: You'll receive your towel and wristband as you cross the finish line!
2What is Packet Pick Up?
Packet Pick Up is in the days prior to the event and is where you will collect your wristband! We strongly encourage all participants to collect in the days prior, as pick up is always extremely busy on event day (plus there is a $5 per person on the day pick up fee!)! Note: You'll receive your towel and finishers medal as you cross the finish line!
3Can somebody else collect my wristband for me?
Yes, you’re welcome to have somebody else collect your pack. They will just need to bring along a copy of your photo ID – phone pictures will work! Also, be sure you have signed your waiver online or otherwise they won’t be able to pick up your pack.
4How do I change my pick up preference from Packet Pick Up to Event Day Pick Up?
Simply login to your Active account at myevents.active.com and select 'purchase additional merchandise'. You will then select Event Day Pick Up and follow the prompts to complete the purchase.
5Can I have my wristband or additional merchandise posted to me?
Unfortunately we do not offer postage for the event! If you cannot collect your wristband pre-event, you're welcome to have somebody else collect this on your behalf. Alternatively you have the option to collect on the day for a $5 convenience fee.
