Refunds and Transfers

1How can I transfer from one day to another?
To transfer from one day to another (e.g. Saturday to Sunday), for the same event, you can do so by logging into your Active account at myevents.active.com and selecting “change event category”. Follow the prompts to complete the transfer. Wave transfers are permitted up to 4 weeks prior to the event, and are based on availability. Please note: there will be a fee incurred for all wave transfers
2How can I transfer from one wave to another?
To transfer from one wave to another (e.g. wave 1 to wave 2), for the same event, you can do so by logging into your Active account at myevents.active.com and selecting “change event category”. Follow the prompts to complete the transfer. Wave transfers are permitted up to 4 weeks prior to the event, and are based on availability. Please note: there will be a fee incurred for all wave transfers. 
3How can I transfer my entry to another person?
To transfer your registration to another person, login to your Active Account at myevents.active.com and select "transfer registration to another athlete". You will need to input the email address of the person you would like to transfer to. The new participant will receive an email with a link to claim the transfer, and complete their registration. They will need to use this link AND pay for their registration (at the current registration price). Once the new participant has claimed and paid for the registration, the original participant will receive a receipt email showing that they were refunded the registration fees paid (minus the $10 transfer fee). Processing fees are non-refundable. If the transaction is completed correctly, the amount will post to your account within 5 to 10 business days.  
4How can I transfer to another event?
Unfortunately we do not allow event to event transfers. Should you no longer be able to attend, you will need to transfer your ticket to somebody else and then repurchase a ticket to the preferred event.
5Am I able to receive a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any refunds if the event goes ahead on the scheduled date, or you choose not to attend for any reasons including change of mind, scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances. All participants do agree to and acknowledge this term when registering. As a way of recouping your entry fee, you’re welcome to transfer your registration over to somebody else.
